This Policy does not apply to websites, services, retailers, podcast platforms, event platforms, or other third parties that have their own privacy policies. Information you provide to us. We may collect:

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Services, our hosting, security, embedded-content, and other service providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, dates and times of access, and information about errors or security events.
Analytics and advertising technologies. We use analytics and advertising tools that collect information about visits, interactions, referral or campaign parameters, and conversions. These currently include PostHog and Plausible Analytics, which help us understand how the Services are used, and the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When you visit a page, submit a form (such as a free-chapter request, pre-order-bonus claim, or inquiry), or click a link to buy the book on Amazon, these tools may receive information such as the page URL, the type of action taken, a unique event identifier, your IP address, browser and device information, and cookie or similar identifiers. Meta may associate this information with your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. We may also send similar event information to Meta directly from our servers through Meta’s Conversions API, which may include hashed (encoded) contact details you submit, such as your email address, so that Meta can match the event to an account. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Information we receive from others. We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Services, such as form, email, CRM, spreadsheet, security, hosting, event, or automation providers. We may also receive information from a person who submits an RSVP or inquiry on your behalf.
We do not receive your payment-card details from Amazon or another retailer through the Services. Retailers process purchases under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive order or confirmation information only when you submit it to us or through an event flow connected to the Services.
